When you are in doubt, be still, and wait;
when doubt no longer exists for you, then go forward with courage.
So long as mists envelop you, be still;
be still until the sunlight pours through and dispels the mists
~ as it surely will.
Then act with courage.

The story you are about to read is true.
The name(s) may have been changed to protect the
stupid...

A couple of Bozos this morning from Moses Lake, Washington! a pair of punks targeted a
convenience store they thought would be "easy pickins" because an older lady worked the register.
That was their first mistake. When they demanded money from granny, she quickly pushed over a
large display of snack foods and chips near the register. In the ensuing confusion, she was able to
grab a gun that she kept under the counter and knock one of the Bozos up the side of the head with it.
She held the gun on the other Bozo and called police. A violation of Bozo Rule number 56--don't mess
with granny.

across Europe and later to the Americas. Nowhere in the United States is Carnival celebrated as grandly as in New
Orleans, famous for its over-the-top parades and parties for Mardi Gras (or Fat Tuesday), the last day of the Carnival
season.

Secretary of Commerce Herbert Hoover calls a conference to allocate radio wavelengths. Broadcast radio was just

wavelength before the conference.

In Washington, D.C., the 19th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, providing for female suffrage, is unanimously

their supporters.

renowned Leaning Tower of Pisa from collapse. The top of the 180-foot tower was hanging 17 feet south of the base,
and studies showed that the tilt was increasing by a fraction every year. Experts warned that the medieval building--
one of Italy's top tourist attractions--was in serious danger of toppling in an earthquake or storm. Proposals to save the
Leaning Tower arrived in Pisa from all over the world, but it was not until 1999 that successful restorative work began.

akan Tanka, Great Mystery,
teach me how to trust
my heart,
my mind,
my intuition,
my inner knowing,
the senses of my body,
the blessings of my spirit.
Teach me to trust these things
so that I may enter my Sacred Space
and love beyond my fear,
and thus Walk in Balance
with the passing of each glorious Sun.

According to the Native People, the Sacred Space
is the space between exhalation and inhalation.
To Walk in Balance is to have Heaven (spirituality)
and Earth (physicality) in Harmony.

Like the grasses showing tender faces to each other,
thus should we do,
for this was the wish of the Grandfathers of the World.

When we have positive experiences  we create positive momentum....
positive momentum in ture brings us even more positive experiences.
Giving  ourselves the gift of a genuine... meaningful... positive experiences...
allows us to enjoy the benefit of that time ....long after the experience has ended.

Being good to ourselves is great for our life.
When we truly enjoy the world around us ...
we can see opportunities that were previously invisible.

Happiness and joy is always possible...
when we allow a little joy to flow out from our life... more joy flows in.

Being good to ourself is not selfish....the more fulfillment and joy we experience...
the more joy we have to give to others.

We should have fun with what we have...  enjoy where we are...
Life's great joy and abundance is ours...
